BOSS (Blazendary Operating System Software) is inventory-management software for resellers. It helps you track items, costs, sales, suppliers, and related records, and it shows calculations and estimates to help you run your business. It is a tool — not a bookkeeper, accountant, tax preparer, financial advisor, or a party to your sales.
You are solely responsible for your own business — your pricing, your purchases, your sales, your taxes, your records, and every decision you make. You are responsible for confirming that the information you enter is correct and that the numbers you rely on are accurate for your situation. BOSS supports your decisions; it does not make them for you, and we are not your business partner.
Any fees, profit figures, ROI, margins, tax-related amounts, currency conversions, market suggestions, or other numbers shown in BOSS are estimates and informational only. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and they may differ from the actual amounts charged by any marketplace, payment processor, supplier, bank, or tax authority. Always verify the real numbers with the relevant platform or a qualified professional before you rely on them.
BOSS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any calculation, data, sync, import, export, or estimate will be accurate or complete. You use BOSS at your own risk.
Software can contain bugs, and data can be imported, synced, calculated, or displayed incorrectly. We are not responsible for, and you agree not to hold us liable for, any error, miscalculation, incorrect fee or profit figure, failed or duplicated import, lost or corrupted data, downtime, or any consequence of relying on information shown in BOSS. Keep your own independent records. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose; an export feature is provided for this purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazendary and its owner, team, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost or inaccurate data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) BOSS — even if we were advised such damages were possible, and regardless of the legal theory. In particular, we are not financially responsible for your business, or for any loss you suffer because data, a calculation, a feature, or the software was wrong, unavailable, or incomplete. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for BOSS in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blazendary and its owner and team from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of BOSS, your data or content, your business activities, or your breach of these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and everything done under your workspace, including by team members you invite and the roles and permissions you assign them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse BOSS — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other customers' data, no reverse engineering, resale, or scraping of the service, and no use that harms the platform or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All software, design, branding, and content of BOSS is owned by Blazendary. Your inventory and business data remain yours; you may export it at any time. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy below.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may change pricing on reasonable notice. We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the "Effective" date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
You may stop using BOSS at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You can export your data before you leave.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
We collect the information you provide to run your workspace — account details (name, email), your inventory, costs, sales, supplier and customer records, photos, and settings — plus basic technical data (device/browser type, log and usage data) needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your information to provide BOSS, keep it secure, support you, fix problems, and improve features. We do not sell your individual business data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting and infrastructure), who are bound to protect it, or where required by law.
We may analyze anonymized, aggregated patterns across all customers — trends in categories, general pricing patterns, and how features are used — to build better tools. This never exposes your individual items, costs, customers, or personal information.
Blazendary administrators may access your workspace data for technical support, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and maintenance. This access is logged, and we will not modify your data without your request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and — consistent with the "as is" and liability terms above — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your workspace; some records may be retained where the law requires.
